Add-on Air Kits

This kit is designed to allow air bags, air cylinders, and air struts to be inflated from an outside air source such as a shop or gas station air compressor. This kit comes with everything need to inflate all four corners separately. This kit can be used a an emergency backup or as a starter kit.

This system is designed for better handling. Each front air spring has a separate path to control "steering dive". As the vehicle enters a turn the weight is shifted to the outside front corner. The air spring should build spring rate under compression to control weight shift. If the front air springs are teed together, the air pressure will transfer to the low pressure side rather than build spring rate, resulting in a push condition. Using the 3-Path system prevents steering-dive by eliminating air transfer between the front air springs. The rear air springs can be teed together, unless the vehicle is unevenly loaded. This kit is rated: BETTER.
