Air Accumulator

Accumulaters expand the air chamber volume to produce 80 CPM (cycles per minute) to match the O.E. ride frequency of your vehicle. Accumulators are used mainly when you install air cylinders. Air cylinders do not have enough volume space for air because the cylinder is only 3" to 4" diameter and the piston shaft takes up airspace, resulting in a harsh ride. It takes one accumulater for a front/back system and 2 accumulators for a FBSS system. It is placed in between the air cylinder and the valve allowing air to transfer between the accumlator and the cylinder when hitting a bump or rough road.

The port size is 3/8" NPT. You will need a tee fitting with a 3/8" NPT and then whatever line size you are running.
