Shipping Information
Most items are shipped via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground.
Orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.
Special order parts may take longer. Air struts take 2-4 weeks to build before being shipped.
Some items will be dropped shipped from the manufacturer.
KMW Performance will do everything in its power to get the products to you in a timely fashion.
Some products are subject to the delays due to the manufacturer shipping time, product build time, or third party shipping carriers.
Please allow 7-10 days for shipping time on your order before contacting us for a status.
International Shipping Now Available!
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.
Step-By-Step Order Guide:

- 3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
- 4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
- 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
- 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
- 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Warranty
KMW Performance does not provide warranty on air products. Air products are to be installed by qualified installers. Some air products do carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled through that manufacturer. See below for manufacturer contact information.

Returns/Refunds
All sales are final.
Shortage and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
Returns and refunds excepted via special circumstances (ie. not item ordered).
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
KMW Performance must approve all returns.
Before returning an item, you must contact KMW Performance to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.
RMA numbers expire after 20 days. Items returned without an RMA number or with an expired RMA number will be refused.
No returns or refunds on any installed item.
High performance equipment and suspension equipment is considered special merchandise and is not refundable.
KMW Performance liabilities are limited to providing the correct product based on the vehicle information supplied by the purchaser and the corresponding product information supplied by the manufacturer.
Other Information
Professional installation and safe use of the products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
KMW Performance reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value for backordered items.
